1984 Fidelity Canada was started by Stan Samole and became five time winner of the Profit
Magazine Award for Canada’s fastest growing companies
1994 With revenues of $50 million Fidelity was sold to Standard Broadcasting
1995 Stan became Founding Chairman of the Canadian Entertainment Software Association.
CESA Directors include Sony, Microsoft and Nintendo.
1998 Stan joined SJS Group
2000 With revenues of $100 million SJS Group was sold to Hip Interactive. Stan remained at
Hip until 2003 with revenues of $425 million and $28 million EBITDA.
2005 The Fidelity Electronics name was repurchased and current operations began
